You hereby agree to leave STUDIO 122 and the surrounding property in the same condition as when you arrived. Failure to do so will result in reasonable additional charges to cover the cost of returning the property to the same condition as it was upon your arrival. STUDIO 122 reserves the right to charge a $100 disposal fee for any unusual amounts of trash left on the premises.

USE OF STUDIO AT YOUR OWN RISK. Except for circumstances in which STUDIO 122 are in breach of this agreement or have acted negligently.

You hereby waive your right to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and losses while on our premises.

You agree to waive Studio 122, its owners, agents, employees, affiliated independent contractors, or any other related personnel, the company and any of its subsidiaries of any and all liability for any and all accidents or injuries whether physical or mental, while in participation of, working and/or shooting in the studios, or any other activity in conjunction with
this space, or situations that you encounter while renting the studio space.

You agree not to sue or file suit against STUDIO 122, it’s owners, agents, employees, affiliated independent contractors, or any other related personnel, the company and any of its subsidiaries for claims arising out of said participations and/or photo shoots while in participation of, working and/or using or being in the Studio.

You waive STUDIO 122 of any liabilities arising out of the use of the studio. STUDIO 122 will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss or damage that occurs in the studio or on the premises. It is your
responsibility as the renter to carry liability insurance.

STUDIO 122 will ONLY be liable for the amount of the rental fee if your shoot is delayed or cancelled as a result of a situation that arises making the studio facilities/building unusable.
STUDIO 122 expressly prohibits any illegal activity on its premises during the course of any rental.

You agree to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying you while on our premises. You agree to allow a STUDIO 122 representative to be present during the rental period.

CANCELLATION:

STUDIO 122 only offers studio credit for cancellations (no refund).

Studio credits will be available for 3 months before expiration.

If you cancel/reschedule your reservation with at least 7 days notice from your booking date, there will be no reschedule fee.

If you cancel/reschedule your reservation within 48 hours- 7 days from your booking date, your reschedule fee will be 20% of your booking value.

If you cancel/reschedule your reservation within 24- 48 hours of your booking date, your reschedule fee will be 50% of your booking value.

If you decide to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your booking date, you will be liable for the full value of the booking.

Please note that once your reschedule request has been approved, if you wish to reschedule for a second time, your reschedule fee will be 50% of your booking value. You will be liable for the full value of the booking if you wish to reschedule for the third time.
